Yes, you can use a Shopify native discount code together with an automatic campaign from Stack Discount Pro. To do this, make sure the corresponding settings are correctly configured on both platforms.

For example:

If your automatic campaign in Stack Discount Pro is Order and Shipping type and you want to combine it with Product type discounts, make sure the “Combines with” setting in Stack Discount Pro is set to Products discounts.

Conversely, your native Shopify discount should be Product type and you want to combine it with the above campaign, ensure its “Combines with” setting is set to Order discounts and Shipping discounts.

Please note: For campaign codes, there is only one option for combining with other discounts: Shipping discounts. This is because there are some restrictions due to specific use cases, but in certain situations, access to other discount types can be granted. If you are unsure, please contact support.
